One more speedy university year is drawing to an end this month. As a Sookmyungian, what was 2013 like? I am sure you would have heard and saw lots of events on campus.
This year, Sookmyung Women’s University was a bustle with incidents causing controversy both on and off campus. Reflecting on all SMU happenings, SMT reporters pondered deeply about our stance. The Sookmyung Times is released only once a month, so sometimes, affairs were untimely to write articles. However, to collectively windup this year, the 308th edition of the Sookmyung Times will revisit several topics of interest over the last school year in the section SMTRACING. The article will look specifically at and appraise the 2013 SMU Student Union. By looking into the representative organization of students, it would be able to review Sookmyung's eventful year from a distance and with objectivity.
In 2013, the Sookmyung Times pushed hard to listen to Sookmyungian's voices and gain insight into the SMU society via SMU students. Next year, we will strive to maintain our devotion to shed continuous light upon SMU and Sookmyungians.
The 2013 year ends with publication of this edition. We promise to return next year even better after a reorganization of the magazine. In 2014, the Sookmyung Times will supply readers with more amusing and valuable topics.
