Sookmyung Women’s University (SMU) was selected as an excellent university for expansion in business, so the Ministry of Labor supports for SMU student’s employment in 2006 and 2007. Looking at the contents, the program is composed of guidance for career, employment support through club activities, camps, mass meetings of mock employment and career fairs, and career development through Global Job Schools to mention only a few.
According to this project, Sookmyungians could face a variety of parts for their employment and the development of their career from the Career Development Center. One concerned person in the Career Development Center said that all Sookmyungians can use this opportunity efficiently along with the support of the national treasury by the Ministry of Labor, and then progress successively into their own area of development or expertise.
