On September 2, SMU held an International Exchange Program Conference for Sookmyungians who are interested in dual degree or exchange program at sister schools in foreign countries. From 10 A.M., more than 100 students gathered in room 101 of the SuRyon Faculty Building to get helpful information.
Vice chief of External Affairs started this conference with short speech. “I will positively help you who really want to participate in this program. Sookmyungians, don’t be afraid! Do ASK; Ask, Seek, and Knock. If you do that, you can get a chance that others can’t get.” After his address, a staff-member of External Affairs introduced specific information about International Exchange Program Conference: sister schools, application seasons, qualification, required documents, cost of living, and popularity in Sookmyungians.
Kim Sang-hee, sophomore in Division of Education (Education 07), the participant of this program said, “Except degree or exchange program, I could know about SAF (Study Abroad Foundation) this time and it was very useful information. Also, I took counseling at consultant booth from the senior who had experienced exchange program so it was of great use for me.” If you have interest about International Exchange Program, don’t hesitate and do ASK to get special chance for Sookmyungians.
