Festival for Harmony of Sookmyungians

The Sookmyung Women’s University Snowflake Festival was held on November 11. Various activities were enjoyed in this festival, including an athletic meeting, celebratory performances and events. Of particular note was the athletic meeting. This was very meaningful because it had not been held during the festival for three years. Also, teams from every department took part in the athletics, including Professors. Sookmyung groups NiViS, Destiny and M.A.X. performed, and so did Da C-Side (Chungang University African-American Music Club) and HIS (Seoul National University Hip Hop Dance Club). To help celebrate the festival, singers DJ.DOC came to our university and put on a great concert for Sookmyungians. Kim Se-Hee, the president of MUV, said, “The Snowflake Festival was planned as a place in which to harmonize all Sookmyungians. Not just focusing on the stage performance, we added the athletic meeting to the festival, as it would help Sookmyungians to become familiar with students from the same and different departments by playing sports together.”
