E-Biz training for businesswomen and women policy makers of developing countries held its’opening ceremony on August 4 at Centennial Hall. This training is part of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MOGEF)’s invitation training business, and SMU Asia Pacific Women’s Network center is its’training institute. This program was planned to help strengthen women’s social and economic power in developing countries, by using Korea’s advanced women policy and e-business resources. In this three weeks training period, thirty businesswomen and women policy makers from ten developing countries participated. B.Uranbolor, senior manager of Az Khur book store from Mongolia said, “I’m really looking forward to starting this training for learning about e-business. I feel thankful that I can study at SMU in Korea.” SMU is taking a big part at helping and fostering women’s power in developing countries.
